While I waited impatiently for the 2040 "Alu Vertex for Kossel XXL or XXXL" from robotdigg to arrive I printed these for use as a mock-up.
They can be used as replacement for the aluminium corners, but you won't get the sturdiness and heat transfer (to cool the stepper motors) you get with aluminium corners.
Still, they come in real handy if you plan to add a third horizontal frame to your build, as I did. See attached image.
Such as an extra frame below the heated bed frame where power supplies and electronics can be placed well away from the heated bed.
For this purpose I added a 20mm "idler" version in addition to the normal 40mm "idler" and 60mm "motor" versions.

They are quite expensive, I had to shell out $60 plus shipping. But it was worth it.
