2040 Direct Drive Conversion

This is a remix of my ender 3 direct drive adapter that was modified for an original tevo tarantua but will work for any printer that uses a 2040 t slot or v slot aluminium x gantry and also has connectors for my cable chain design built into it.

there are no holes in the model for the BL Touch, I found it easier to drill and tap the holes after printing was completed.

this can be printed with a Carbon Fiber PLA, but i would recomend using ABS, Polycarbonate, Carbonfiber Polycarbonate, Acetal Resin, or Carbonfiber reinforced Nylon such as NylonX. best results will be acheived with a 0.6mm line width using either a 0.4mm nozzle or 0.6mm nozzle and 160-200 micron layer heights if your printing on a FDM based machine. this part was optimized for a 0.6mm line width.
