I needed a way to attach my 32" display to a 2040 extrusion since it did not come with any feet. The mount slides down the 2040 and is attached using M5 T-nuts. The mount holds its weight but will slide when you mount something to it. The large hole is for a M8 screw commonly found as mounting screw for larger VESA compatible displays.
Two versions are included, one for M8 screws and one which fits a M8 nut, if you need to mount something the other way around
I only used two M5 screws with T-nuts on each side, but you can fill out all holes if you like.
I used 25% infill and seems strong enough for modern displays. I printed using PLA but would recommend PETG or ABS for heavy screens.
