Hip implants with lattice structures refer to hip prostheses that incorporate lattice-like designs into their construction. These lattice structures are typically made using advanced manufacturing techniques such as additive manufacturing (3D printing). The original Hip Implant model was downloaded from GrabCAD and imported to nTop to implement TPMS lattice structure (Diamond) to the bone. The lattice applied as uniform (the thickness/porosity is same throughout the geometry) as well as gradient (thickness varied throughout the geometry).
