Replicator 2X filament tube holder

This filament tube holder for Replicator 2X is inspired by the designs of psr4492 and uwinmakerspace.

The difference for this holder is that the tubes go through and are provided extra strain relief with no pinching of the tubes.

This unit also has a small amount of flex to account for differences between different Replicator 2X units and to eliminate possible kinking of the tubes.

UPDATE, 2/3/2017: My original just broke at one of the tube openings, so I added 1mm thickness to each sid
