The IKEA Malm WS2812 mount is designed for mounting the LED strip on the head end of the bed.

You can mount the WS2812-strip either directly with some glue oder attach a LED strip mount (for example https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1746354 or others) with some hot glue.
