A8 X-axis tensioner (remix^2)

I was using kennethjiang's tensioner, not at what I thought was excessively high tension, and it popped on me (see picture). It opened like a french door, letting the nut pull straight through. I found LittleMrJ's remix, but it didn't seem to do anything about putting more material where mine broke.
