Harbor Freight vise

I wanted a vise to hold my Harbor Freight rotary tool and stumbled upon the Dremel Vise. I modified this by making the bracket and base opening a bit wider and longer so the tool will sit better. I am sure more work can be done to improve this. Please feel free to make any modifications.
