Y axis rod end cap

I broke my acrylic end cap by tightening too hard so I measured it out and printed a new one.

I had considered upgrading it here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2078706 but I needed to get up and running fast.

40% infill for added strength because I like to keep it rigid.
