Added a screw pin/cap, this has less play in the hole, I'd recommend printing these at a 0.14mm layer height or lower to ensure nice threads. Also, I added another lock, similar to the original but I filleted the edges, this should allow you to put it in with some pressure from a screwdriver - this way your cards are nice and secure.

The lock was a bit of a pain to get in with the new wall thickness, it is now redes
