20mm test cube with zero tolerance round plug

20mm test cube to check dimensions.

Includes a 10mm round hole and a 10mm round peg. Ideally the peg should be able to fit in the hole!

I found with Simplify3D set with horizontal size compensation of -0.05mm the plug can be forced in to the hole just about, and external dimensions spot on 19.99 or 20.03. Height was very close at 20.20. This was using colorfab PLA/PHA at 200C on a Lulzbot TAZ6.

I have also added a second version with 10mm boxes on each axis to test internal dimensions.
