Tevo Black Widow 608zz End Cap

I had one of the bearings on the lead screws go bad, so I decided to replace it with something a little beefier. This end cap replaces the stock one, and the bore for the bearing accommodates a standard 608zz bearing (8x22x7).

*added a new version (v2) with the holes positioned so the bearing is 1mm farther out from the inside of the frame. I found that my Z axis was getting a little tight when moving to the very top of the machine.

*fixed the v2 model.
