Monoprice Tool Holder - With Mount Plate

I remixed the original project to have a flat plate in the back to mount with adhesives to various surfaces. I also beveled out the edges for aesthetic reasons.

The circular hole is also widened to 6mm to accommodate my specific pair of tweezers
