Just a simple adapter to take an 18mm hole down to a 12mm one.
I've added an 18mm to 8mm adapter too.
The thing prints with a little wiggle room to ensure a fit. The collar on the edge will stop the 18mm section falling through. Use two of these, one on top and one on the bottom of the current 18mm bracket. The 12/8mm sensor bolts will hold everything in place.
Print this at high quality and slowly with 100% infill to ensure accuracy and strength.
