Bottlecap Bell Siphon

My first published design is inspired by ahoeben's Gardena Bottle Cap so here it is. I haven't tried it yet. I'm not sure if the drain pipe is too large to fit within a bottle, rough estimate says yes it will. Looking forward to remixing the drain to fit other stuff.
