SW S-Clip v3

This is a ground up redesign of anoved's Customizable Strap S-Clip. Using as an angle adjustment for seat belt shoulder straps, the protrusions on it dug in uncomfortably so I designed one without them and added increased friction areas to prevent sliding. Since it was a total redesign, I added my own watermark
