Sci-Fi Skyscraper Halved and Fixed

I really loved GarageBay9's design for a skyscraper, but I had a few issues printing it as large as I wanted.
To ease printing I've optimised the STL files, including making them fully uniform - As well as splitting the model into two halves, allow it to be printed easily laid-down
