dolly wheel spacer

need to replace the wheels on my old 2 wheel dolly.
got 2 wheels on sale at Harbor Freight 10' 5/8 shaft .
the only issue was the shaft for the old wheels was 20mm longer so I needed a spacer.
so the spacer is 17mm thick and with the flat washer it fits
