Spinning wheel bobbin base plate (PVC bobbins)

Here are couple of base plates that are needed when making your own bobbins from PVC. Combine one of these with my other parts (plus a length of 1/2" PVC) to make a bobbin.

Gap-filling CA (superglue) works well to hold these parts together.
