Magnetic-base-w-high-speed-bumpers

I added high speed bumpers to let this crazy thing spin super super fast. Also, the part that touches the spindle now is indented to keep the spindle from wandering too far preventing self destruction at higher speeds. For all parts please see http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:560573.
