This is a mount for a 5-port netgear GS305 gigabit switch. Many other items that they make fit the same chassis. There are two vertical mounting holes so that you have 2 screws into a stud. The connectors then face up when inserted into the mount. Feel free to make adjustments to fit your needs. I will try to make a parametric version in the future.
