'Aeon's End' Life Dial Holder / Stand

After playing a few rounds of Aeon's End at a friends place, I realized that the life dials a cool idea, but also a bit hard to handle. If you put them on the table, the wheels tend to turn and thus change the life points you just dialed. Also no one is able to see the current life points properly if they lie flat.
So that's why I decided to print holders for the cardboard life dials.
Thanks to vicbotnik's design, I had a solid base to start. Thanks mate!
