The default lulzbot mini Y axis on my printer was weak. it cracked. Also when I tensioned the belt it bent the frame.
So I designed this. These are designed to a VERY high tolerance. If you can't print in high quality, you will have some issues and need to do some work to get it to fit.
It uses a set of screws in the back of the rods on the motor mount piece. Insert a nut and use a 20mm m3 screw. tightening the screw increases tension on the Y rods. this keeps the tension of the belt off the f
