Lulzbot Taz6 12mm Y Axis upgrade

The 10mm rods were weak. They were obviously sagging - so I upgraded it to 12mm.

These parts are designed to HIGH tolerance. Print them in ABS, 80% infill. You will need to enclose your printer to keep the parts from warping.

I purchased the 12mm bearings from Lulzbot. The bearings are PRESS-FIT into the holders.
You will also need 2x m3 heat insert, and a m5 LONG heat insert for each rod holder.

You may need to wear in the bearings a bit to get them to move freely.
