I made this small tool to help balancing Z axis.
It was too complicated to measure high of Z axis on both sides and find same high for both.
So Now I just Clip this Thing on both Z axis guides and move down Z axis until stepper Motors start ratter and move them up again.

after this, both axis sides have exact same high and no additional measure needed.
