** UPDATE2: Fixed non-manifold issue and uploaded v2 **
** UPDATE1: With Cura slicer works just fine. Slic3r fails because the object is non-manifold.
You can try to fix the STL with FreeCAD: http://manual.slic3r.org/advanced/repairing-models#fnref1 **
