Lens Filter Stepping Ring / Adapter ring, various sizes, to use smaller filters with bigger lenses

This adapter allows you to put smaller filters on bigger lenses. See [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3552776) for adapters that are vice versa.
Print with smallest possible layer thickness for good threads.

If you want another diameter, I can upload a custom model.
