22 minute face shield

I've made the ultralight version of this visor.
slashing printing time from two hours per
visor to 21 minutes.
and one minute to assemble unit.


plastic a4 sheet in my case is a file cover plastic yellow I found then poked holes in with solder iron,,and string.
Printed assembled in 22 minutes. "high speed settings in replicatorG"

fits on makerbot replicator build plate.

just under 250 by less than 150mm aprox.
5mm high.
PLA seen here is silver silk.
HBP 32
Extruder 210.
.28 layer hight


originally attributions if any remain after this many re draws are on my other face shield I made some time back. Thank you.
Side notes, be sure to look at splitting tube on the filabot website blog.
I hope the this face shield file now being able to print faster than the original is helpful.
