Supercard Pro Case Rev. 1

I recently printed out an enclosure for my Kryoflux board, and realized that there wasn't an equivalent for my Supercard Pro. This should print just fine, even at low resolution as long as there is about 30% infill to keep it strong. Support should be added for the port holes. The top should friction fit the main case, and the pillar in it should touch a blank part of the board to hold it down since there are no screw holes in the Supercard Pro.
