PINDA protector for Original Prusa i3 MK2S

I made a PINDA protector cap that fits the MK2S extruder mount to prevent badly warped parts to get stuck on it while printing.

Edit 28/10 2017: Since some people had problems with fitting the original model with the m8 threads I made one with enlarged threads. I have not printed that version myself so feedback is welcome. I would not recommend anyone to use a loose-fitting protector since if it falls off it will probably do more harm than good.
