WARNING: Wear eye protection while assembling this in case the spring is uncooperative and decides to attack you.
The spring clip on the back of a Phiaton bluetooth headphones was to made too flimsy to stand up to normal use and snapped off. Since I didn't really want to spend another $75 to replace the headphones, and all the products I could find were for MUCH heavier devices (e.g. pagers or flip-phones), I just spent some "hobby" time designing a replacement that I could 3D-print and epox
