4x M4 inserts. Make sure to modulate head velocity durring printing. There is no need for support columns, the trick is to use a plastic rule to flatten the surface, manually following the motion of the head (make sure to slow the head speed to have time to follow it).
One of the stl files is missing. Will be fixed on monday, sorry.
