Monoprice Maker Select V2 (Wanhao i3) - e3d clone bowden mount

I bought this hotend https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010MSTVZO and tried to install it using http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1777358 - the fan hit the top frame.

Next I tried http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1921269 but the mounting bracket wouldn't fit.

So I remixed it with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1589653 to create this mount, then added the "thorped" fan http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1621937 - however the fan was sitting below the nozzle. I modified the mounting bracket t
