End cap for 16 mm pipe

Replacement part or for a new construction: End cap for 16 mm pipe with 16.2 mm inner diameter. Originally for a clotheshorse ;-) I haven't tried yet, but then a somewhat flexible material would be best to give it some anti-slippery properties.
