English Outer Ring for Russian Letter Cryptex

This is a remix of the Russian Letter Cryptex (6 segments) by Dogm (отлично!), Removed the Cyrillic and replaced it with the English alphabet and added 7 symbols to fill in the space so I didn't have to resize the entire project.
