Optical Illusion Pinwheel Redux

I love [Dalpeks design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:705095) but I, like others, had some trouble making it work. I've made a correction to wheel A to allow Cura to slice it correctly. I've also redone the handle so that the wheels spin smoothly on the axels.
