This is a plate for the heated bed Mosfet MKS V1.0. It's to prevent accident electrical connections on the bottom of the PCB. It gets mounted with M3 screws and nuts. Nylon spacers (11mm) were put between the screws and nuts. The 3D model does not have holes, but you can make them by drilling like I did.
