Hotend mount for Ultimaker 2

This is a hotend mount for Ultimaker like printers which is very rigid, contributing for a higher quality printing. I decided to do my own since I could not find any mount with the specifications and I did not want to waste time and material to find out later it would not fit my printer. So, here are the main specs:
- distance between X and Y axles = 18 mm
- axle diameter: 8 mm
- to use a linear bearing 45 mm long, with external diameter = 15 mm
