Black Widow E3d Volcano part cooling duct

This is a remix of Adriansm's cooling duct which i think is the most elegant design of all. I have modified it to work with E3D Volcano (clone). It uses the same M4 nut and M12 screw as the original design. I added a lower positioning block which also prevents rotation of the cooling duct.
