Luna Cycle Triangle Bike Bag Mount Brackets

The Luna Cycle triangle battery bag seems to have a concern that the grommets may fail and tear. So I was thinking if the weight was distributed between a sandwich of plates, it may help. This was my first design project, accomplished with TinkerCAD online.

The design accommodates an upper cross tube of 1.4 inches.

The holes are just barely too small to let the head of the wire tie go through them, but otherwise they work great.
