lego dimmer switch plate in two pieces

This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1959624 splitting the thing in two pieces so it can be printed without support.
Updated support part to 4mm thick instead of 2mm for better contact with the wall. Cleared space for dimmer's mounting bolts.
