If you need to extend ADILS, or similar table leg sold by Ikea, here is one of the ways to do it.
The leg comes with a plastic piece at the bottom attached to M8 bolt. Find a longer M8 bolt with hex head and print 2 things published here. I used M8 x 70mm bolt, similar to the one holding spool mounts of VERTEX K8400 printer and gained over an inch of height.
