Found a free graphic whale model on TF3DM, cleaned and sliced it for 3D printing in meshmixer. http://tf3dm.com/3d-model/humpback-13369.html

I used this splash, and re-shaped it a bit to fit: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:237065
it makes an excellent counterbalance, no glue is required at base.

The loose fin acts as a support, no other supports are needed.
