For as long as I've owned my printrbot, I've searched high and low for an effective fan shroud that would get better airflow around the hot end. Many solutions have been presented, but every single one required removing the metal hotend cover. I still prefer the look and style of the metal cover that printrbot designed, so I finally made my own design that could work with it. The only caveat is that the fan has to be on the exterior of the fan shroud.
