Difference between lobster2b 's version
-Little shorter T mount (stronger grip)
-M4 screw to grab Picattinny/RIS rail
-added M3 screw without head to put a lot more friction, so camera cannot slip off
--(M3 hex nut need to be flat, regular one will be too high)
