Just me, PTC Creo, and a couple of hours to spare.
I have made it without any patterns so that the elements are all easily seen.
It is not in any way as detailed as I would like it to be, but with my crappy computer, I crash Creo every time I open it. :(
Please download and edit! I mean for this as a template for people to use and modify. Please, show it to me before you publish again (because I am selfish and like to see what other people are doing :P)
I would not recommend printing this,
