Vented Sleeve Case for Raspberry Pi B+ with Pin Access and Heatsinks fit

Modified to fit heatsinks and give access to rPi pins. Also extended the vents for the SMSC chip (suggestion from user [benstmax](http://www.thingiverse.com/benstmax/about))
