Bought a cabinet with only the back of the latch mechanism. I adapted it to use a working gear reducer knob. Printed in wood PLA and stained for added look. I also split the main knob shaft in two for easier printing, I just glued the halves together.

I didn't need the back pieces, but since I had them modeled I made STL's and uploaded them in case any one wants to try this from scratch.
