Laser Cut Chess Board Template

Made in Illustrator and laser cut on a Universal Laser VLS 2.30

Recommended settings for most birch 1/4" plywood on VLS 2.30
Black: Raster, 100% power, 40% speed, 500 PPI, 0.200"
Red: Vector, 100% power, 2.5% speed, 500 PPI, 0.200"
Blue (not used in this design): Vector, 18% power, 24% speed, 500 PPI, 0.200"

With no major changes to the file and no major deviations from the recommended settings, this takes about 50 minutes to cut on the laser.
