40mm fan support for HICTOP E3D X-Carriage

Larger fan holder for the HICTOP E3D X-Carriage by whemming,

I found the stock one was restricting airflow quite a bit (not sure if its for a diff size fan or something?) so I reworked the design.

reworked it a bit more - fan-holder v3.stl is the newest, and has a shorter length - worked better for me
